Bank Indonesia has scheduled its monthly Board of Governor (BOG) Meetings (RDG) for 2022 as a form of task implementation transparency and accountability, particularly in terms of the policy mix formulation process, as follows:

*) Annual Meeting

**) Quarterly Meeting

On the first day of the monthly Board of Governors meeting, the results of economic assessments as well as the outlook for monetary policy, financial system stability, the payment system and rupiah currency management are discussed and integrated with the various policy mix options.  Policy recommendations are discussed on the second day, while the mix of monetary and macroprudential policies as well as payment system and rupiah currency management policies are determined. 

The monthly BOG meeting is implemented in accordance with Article 43 of the Bank Indonesia Act (No. 23 of 1999), which has been amended several times, most recently by Act No. 6 of 2009, stating that at least one BOG meeting must be convened each month to determine general monetary policy. The BOG meeting (RDG) is the highest decision-making forum at Bank Indonesia, assessing the current policy mix and determining the policy orientation moving forward.  Information concerning the advance release calendar (ARC) for the monthly meeting schedule in 2022 can be accessed via: https://www.bi.go.id/en/publikasi/Kalender.
