Through its public education program, Bank Indonesia proudly presents the BINGO program, where Bank Indonesia Chats with the Community. The BINGO program was specifically designed for different groups, including educational institutions, government institutions, businesses and communities looking to enrich their understanding of our duties, role, functions and policies.
The BINGO program offers two exciting options. First, BINGO Head Office provides participants the opportunity to visit Bank Indonesia head office in person or virtually. Second, BINGO Goes To You, where Bank Indonesia will visit the location of the participants. Through the BINGO program, Bank Indonesia is committed to providing an accessible educational forum to the wider community.
1.BINGO Head Office
Bank Indonesia receives visitors to its Head Office in person or virtually.
Requirements for BINGO Head Office

Total Participants: Groups of 20-100 visitors

Visiting Times: Tuesdays 09:00-12:00 WIB (in person) and Thursdays 09:00-12:00 WIB (virtually). Bank Indonesia receives visitors on a first come, first served basis, and Bank Indonesia reserves the right to refuse visitors if the date requested is already full.

Sessions: Visits are conducted over two sessions. The first session discusses central banking topics, followed by one of the following options:
- Love, Pride and Understanding the Rupiah
- Cashless Payment Systems
- QRIS (Quick Response Indonesian Standard)
- Monetary Policy
- Macroprudential Policy

2.BINGO Goes To You
In addition to receiving visits at head office, Bank Indonesia also provides educational services at the location of the participants through the BINGO Goes To Your University and BINGO Goes To Your School (Jabodetabek).

BINGO Visit Application Guide
Follow the steps carefully and prepare the documents as required.
Register an Account:
- Access the official portal,
BI BICARA, and click 'Daftar (Register)'
- Create an account by entering your personal data, including the address
- Verify the account via the emailed link
Visit Registration:
- Login using the verified email.
- Click on the 'Kunjungan (Visit)' menu.
- Select the type of visit requested: BINGO Head Office (in person), BINGO Head Office (virtual), BINGO Goes To Your University or BINGO Goes To Your School.
- Read the terms and conditions, click 'Daftar Kunjungan (Register Visit)'.
- Download and complete participant data based on the template.
- Click 'Lanjutkan (Next)'
Complete Visit Form:
- Select the type of visit.
- Choose two topics.
- Select a date and the available sessions will populate automatically between 09:00-12:00 WIB.
- Enter the name of the participating institution or group.
- Enter the number of participants.
- Upload official letters and participant data as requested.
- Click 'Submit' to send the application.
- Participant forms and data will be verified, and Bank Indonesia will provide confirmation according to availability.
- Application status can be monitored via the application portal (notification via registered email)
Bank Indonesia provides prompt and convenient Public Information Services at low cost for walk-in visitors to the BI Visitor Centre as a form of public transparency.

Visitation to Museum BI
Housing various interactive exhibits using the latest technologies to display the history of Bank Indonesia's policies, historical numismatic collections, as well as the economic development stages and architecture of the building, Museum BI is open to visitors.
Visitation Requirements:
- Total Participants: Group visit minimum of 20-150 visitors are welcome to each session.
- Visiting Times: Tuesday-Sunday (08:00-15:30 WIB).
- Sessions: Three sessions are available.
Session 1 (08:00-10:00 WIB),
Session 2 (10:00-12:00 WIB) and
Session 3 (13:00-15:00 WIB).
- Individual Tickets: Individual tickets are also available for on-the-spot purchase (Rp5,000 per person).
- Free Admission: Admission is free for students by showing a valid student card, also group visits that already registered and verified by Museum BI's Admin.
Online/Offline Application to Visit Museum BI
- Registration of Group Visit: Groups can apply to register a visit via WhatsApp on +6281291573940.
- Send an official letter from the institution/school/community for visitation application to Museum BI's WhatsApp.
- The proof of registration confirmation will be received after the visit is approved.
- Each Group Coordinator (PIC) is responsible for printing and bringing the proof of registration confirmation along with the original (hard copy) of the visitation application letter on the day of the visit.
