Consumer Complaint Mechanism
Consumers can submit their complaints to Bank Indonesia through the following channels:
  1. Bank Indonesia Call and Interaction Contact Centre (BICARA) – 131
  2. Email: (bicara@bi.go.id)
  3. Written Correspondence:
  4. Nearest Bank Indonesia representative office to the domicile of the consumer
  5. Consumers in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok and Bekasi can submit their complaints to the Bank Indonesia Representative Office for Jakarta, Jalan Ir. H. Juanda No. 28, Jakarta. 
  6. Walk-in to the Visitor Centre situated on the Ground Floor of Building B
