The latest Consumer Survey conducted by Bank Indonesia in April 2025 indicates maintained consumer confidence in economic conditions. This was reflected by an optimistic Consumer Confidence Index (CCI) of 121.7 in the reporting period, up from 121.1 the month earlier.
Maintained consumer confidence in April 2025 was supported by the Current Economic Condition Index (CECI) and Consumer Expectation Index (CEI). The CECI index was recorded at 113.7 in April 2025, increasing from 110.6 the month earlier, while the CEI index remained in optimistic territory at 129.8, despite moderating from 131.7 in March 2025.
