The Governor of Bank Indonesia, Perry Warjiyo, appointed three new leaders at BI Head Office today (31/05) in Jakarta. The inauguration was part of the organisational and human resources transformation implemented to strengthen organisational effectiveness and task implementation at Bank Indonesia.
At the inauguration ceremony, Governor Perry emphasised the importance of combining strategic leadership skills with strategic spiritual leadership. This can be achieved by interpreting the position held not only as one's duty but also a direct mandate from Allah SWT, ensuring absolute seriousness in implementation and optimising one's own potential. Governor Perry also stressed the importance of continually strengthening your own competencies and those of the work units, taking an informal approach to leadership and praying for one another for the collective good and success.
