In accordance with the Joint Decree issued by the Minister of Religious Affairs, Minister of Manpower and Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia, No. 281, No. 1 and No. 1 of 2021 respectively, as an amendment to the Joint Decree issued by the Minister of Religious Affairs, Minister of Manpower and Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia, No. 642, No. 4 and No. 4 of 2020, concerning National Public Holidays in 2021, and to provide critical infrastructure for banking industry and public transactions, Bank Indonesia will maintain the following operational activities during Eid-ul-Fitr 1442 H/2021:

A.    Operational activities of the Bank Indonesia – Real Time Gross Settlement (BI-RTGS) system, Bank Indonesia – Scripless Securities Settlement System (BI-SSSS) and Bank Indonesia-Electronic Trading Platform (BI-ETP)

Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 12^th, 13^th and 14^th May 2021

BI-RTGS, BI-SSSS and BI-ETP operational activities will be suspended.

B.    Operational activities of the National Clearing System (SKNBI)

Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 12^th, 13^th and 14^th May 2021
All national clearing system activities will be suspended.

 

C.    Cash Services

Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 12^th, 13^th and 14^th May 2021
All cash services will be suspended.

 

D.    Rupiah and Foreign Exchange Monetary Operations

1.  Rupiah Monetary Operations
   
   Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 12^th, 13^th and 14^th May 2021
   All rupiah monetary operations activities will be suspended.
   
    
2. Foreign Exchange Monetary Operations
   
   Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 12^th, 13^th and 14^th May 2021

1. All foreign exchange monetary operations activities will be suspended.
2. Jakarta Interbank Spot Dollar Rate (JISDOR) will not be published.
3. Bank Indonesia rates will refer to the reference rates published on final previous workday.

E.    Operational Activities of Jakarta Interbank Offered Rate (JIBOR) and Indonesia Overnight Index Average (IndONIA)

Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 12^th,13^th and 14^th May 2021

1. Submission of JIBOR quotation by contributor banks will be suspended.
2. IndONIA and JIBOR will not be published.
3. JISDOR will not be published.
