Who hasn’t heard of
Spain’s second largest city, Barcelona? The BICARA 131 Contact Centre has great
news from there. Bank Indonesia has been
recognised and honoured at the Contact Centre World – Global Awards 2019, an
annual competition that brings together the best contact centre professionals
from around the world based on three regions, namely Asia-Pacific (APAC),
Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) as well as the Americas. After winning the regional APAC competition
held in Phuket, Thailand, from 15-19th July 2019, BICARA 131
competed again for the global crown of best contact centre. The event was held in Barcelona on 2nd-6th
December 2019.

competing, the event also expanded BICARA 131’s networking with other contact
centre professionals in various countries around the world. The recognition and awards presented are
expected to help create a positive image of Bank Indonesia in terms of
innovation to provide the best public services.
