Summary :
  1. The change in this Circular Letter includes the change of names of Government accounts as follows :
    1. account number 500.000003, formerly “Menteri Keuangan cq. Direktur Jenderal Perbendaharaan untuk Pengelolaan SUN” to “Menteri Keuangan Penerimaan Penerbitan Surat Berharga Negara”;
    2. account number 502.000001, formely “BUN untuk Pengelolaan Obligasi dalam rangka Rekapitalisasi Perbankan” to “Menteri Keuangan Pengeluaran untuk Surat Berharga Negara”
  2. Bank Indonesia circular letters related to the change include :
    1. Bank Indonesia Circular Letter Number 9/4/DPM dated March 16, 2007, concerning Procedures of Government Bond Auction in the Primary Market and Government Bond Administration as amended by Bank Indonesia Circular Letter Number 10/18/DPM dated April 15, 2008; and
    2. Guidelines for the Operation of Bank Indonesia - Scripless Securities Settlement System constituting an appendix to Bank Indonesia Circular Letter Number 10/21/DPM dated May 23, 2008, concerning Operation of Bank Indonesia - Scripless Securities Settlement System;
  3. The provision in this Circular Letter is effective as of August 4, 2008.
