Summary :

1. Government Securities (SUN) Auction Participant is a Primary Dealer designated by the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia to participate in SUN Auction and is not being imposed a sanction for not participating in SUN Auction.
2. To assist the Government in managing SUN, Bank Indonesia shall :
   1. give suggestions for the stipulation of provisions and requirements for the issuance of SUN,
   2. act as the auction agent in SUN selling in the Primary Market, including but not limited to announcing SUN Auction plan, conducting SUN Auction, submitting SUN Auction bidding results, and announcing SUN Auction results, and
   3. administer SUN.
3. SUN buying in the Primary Market by any party other than Bank Indonesia shall be executed by submitting bids through an Auction Participant to Bank Indonesia as the auction agent
4. Bank Indonesia shall conduct SUN Auction electronically through BI-SSSS and announce SUN Auction results in the Primary Market based on notification of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia.
5. Bank Indonesia shall administer SUN through BI-SSSS including registration of ownership, clearing and settlement, and as the payment agent of SUN interest (coupon) and principal.
6. The settlements by Bank Indonesia include settlement of SUN Auction results in the Primary Market, settlement of Government Bond Buyback Auction results, and settlement of SUN Lending Facilities provided by the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia to Primary Dealer.
7. Bank Indonesia shall charge fees for :
1. SUN Auction operation on Auction Participants, and
2. SUN administration on SUN account holders at the Central Registry.
