Ricky Perdana Gozali was today, Monday, 11th August 2025, sworn in as Deputy Governor of Bank Indonesia in front of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Indonesia, Prof. Dr. Sunarto, S.H., M.H.
Prior to his appointment as Deputy Governor, Ricky Perdana Gozali served as Head of the Bank Indonesia Representative Office in Jakarta. With a career at Bank Indonesia spanning 30 years, Ricky Perdana Gozali has vast experience in the International Department, Foreign Exchange Management Department, and Bank Indonesia Representative Office in New York, among others. Ricky Perdana Gozali has also served in strong leadership positions as Head of the BI Representative Offices in Gorontalo, East Kalimantan, and South Sumatra. In addition to his various assignments, Ricky P. Gozali also served as Deputy Chair of the Bank Indonesia Employees Association (IPEBI).
Ricky P. Gozali was officially installed as Deputy Governor of Bank Indonesia in accordance with Presidential Decree Number 68/P of 2025, dated 29th July 2025, for a term of office of 5 (five) years. Consequently, the composition of the Bank Indonesia Board of Governors is currently as follows:
