The latest Consumer Survey conducted by Bank Indonesia in July 2026 indicates that consumer confidence in economic conditions was maintained. This was reflected by an optimistic (index >100) Consumer Confidence Index (CCI) of 116.8 in July 2026.
Maintained consumer confidence in July 2026 was underpinned by the Current Economic Condition Index (CECI) and Consumer Expectation Index (CEI), which remained at optimistic levels of 107.9 and 125.7, respectively, despite retreating from 109.2 and 126.4 the month earlier.
