Decission Support System for Investment

TYPES OF BUSINESS

Decision Support System for Investment (SPKUI) is designed to provide flexible information on certain small-scale industrial financial feasibility model. The system provides basic default information in which the users can adjust certain information on cost and technical parameters. Then, the system re-computes accordingly. Thus the user may try various assumption values to observe the feasibility alternatives of investment of a certain commodity at a certain time and location.

SPKUI covers commodities which have financing lending model taken from the output of survey/study conducted by Bank Indonesia. The system displays information on financial aspects of the commodity/industrial lending model which include: Investment and Operational Cost, Cash flow Projection, Loss/Profit Projection, and Financial Feasibility Indicators according to the credit schema used.
