Inaccurateness of IDI History Data

In case of data differences occurred between those presented in IDI History and the actual condition, the debtor will have the right to make confirmation by:

  1. Confirming the data to the financial institution member of Credit Bureau that provides the credit/loan facilities. If after verification by the financial institution, and an incorrect reporting is found due to the financial institution, then the financial institution shall make correction on the debtor data recorded in SID.
  2. Confirming the data to Bank Indonesia. If after verification, an indication of incorrect reporting by the financial institution is found, Bank Indonesia shall require the financial institution to conduct verification and to correct the debtor data.

Flow of Customer Complaint 

1.a           The public (debtor) will submit confirmation regarding data difference in IDI History to the financial institution member of Credit Bureau that provides the credit/loan facilities.

2.a/3.a       If the data is correct, the financial institution will give an immediate response to the debtor in the form of clarification.

2.b/3.b/4.b  If the data is incorrect, the financial institution will conduct data correction and send the corrected data to BI and send a letter regarding data clarification to the debtor.

1.c         The public (debtor) will submit confirmation regarding data difference in IDI History to Bank Indonesia (through Gerai Info).

2.c              BI will analyze the debtor data on SID.

3.c           BI will send a letter to the concerned financial institution to confirm the data of the concerned debtor.

4.c/5.c       If the data is correct, the financial institution will provide an immediate response to the debtor in terms of clarification.

4.e/5.e/6.e  If the data is incorrect, the financial institution will conduct data correction and send the corrected data to BI and send a letter regarding data clarification to the debtor.
